HISTORY OF THE WORLD PT. 1 (ACCORDING TO FACEBOOK)

Hollywood has had a long push-and-pull with the issue of accuracy when depicting human history in movies of both epic and intimate scale. But even as we all become increasing addicted to the communication conveniences and short-cuts of the social network, we've never really seen history the way it might have been communicated had Facebook been a worldwide phenomenon from, say, the beginning of recorded time. So, with a nod of acknowledgment to a huge anachronism (Dude, they didn't have computers back in the Lincoln days!), let us now ponder significant events in the history of the world (part 1?) if Facebook had been the primary communicative tool of the day. (Thanks to Blaaagh for brightening up a blah day by sending these along.)
