Uh-oh. Bill is not going to be happy. Not only is it not Texas Chainsaw Massacre but it's about baseball.
But me - I'm thrilled! Congratulations on the Dodgers getting one hell of a fine manager. If A-Rod didn't suffer post-season collapse year after year Torre would have a few more World Series titles to his credit. And now I fully expect the Trolley-Dodgers to get to the series. No more of this Rockies crap. Go Dodgers!
Are they still saying that? Jeez (or Jesus), I really wasn't aware of it until you mentioned it before. Then I started hearing it left and right! Almost as good as the part where the Rockies' owner claimed they were the better team... right after the World Series sweep. Credibility, where is thy ring?
Congrats to the Dodgers and to Joe Torre. Yankees fans will be happy he's not in the American League, and Red Sox fans will be happy they don't have to face him. I think a win-win for everyone involved.
I didn't hear anything about "God's Team," but then again, Boston-filtered media will do that.

The video is currently unavailable. Probably because it's not about "The Texas Chain Saw Massacre".
ReplyDeleteI just hope the Rockies will quit this talk about being "God's Team". I guess I'll see how the Avalanche do this year.
