Shouldn't that ad for NIGHT OF DARK SHADOWS have said, "HANGED as a Witch", instead of "Hung..."? Picky, picky.

David Lowery, I can relate: I got TCM this past May, and almost never turn it off when I can watch TV. I think I watched it every night I was home for about two months straight.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8795280.post-1161013278698824992006-10-16T08:41:00.000-07:002006-10-16T08:41:00.000-07:00I have not seen Sisters. They've posted the schedule for TCM Underground through the rest of the year:
http://www.tcm.com/movienews/index/?cid=143975

I was a little excited when I heard that they were showing The Conqueror Worm, because I thought they would continue the double feature format and include another Michael Reeves film, but unfortunately that does not seem to be the case.Chris Oliverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03795741391844821533noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8795280.post-1160854957720982222006-10-14T12:42:00.000-07:002006-10-14T12:42:00.000-07:00Rob Zombie actually seems to have quite good taste...Rob Zombie actually seems to have quite good taste on this subject (I can't speak to his own movies, which I haven't seen for good reason).Alexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16615199937354749817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8795280.post-1160781893951725192006-10-13T16:24:00.001-07:002006-10-13T16:24:00.001-07:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Cerb Chaoshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06322457714456194075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8795280.post-1160781873673646532006-10-13T16:24:00.000-07:002006-10-13T16:24:00.000-07:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Cerb Chaoshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06322457714456194075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8795280.post-1160781793991304272006-10-13T16:23:00.000-07:002006-10-13T16:23:00.000-07:00Mmm.. Tonight I'm recording Poltergeist, Bride of the Monster, and The Old Dark House. I already have The Haunting and Plan 9 on DVD and have no particular yearning to view The Uninvited.

But those other lineups have my mouth watering. I'm particuarly happy about the Val Lewton films coming up, as I've never actually had the pleasure of viewing them, but from the raves I've heard about them they're right up my alley.Cerb Chaoshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06322457714456194075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8795280.post-1160771860447541702006-10-13T13:37:00.000-07:002006-10-13T13:37:00.000-07:00Thanks for that info, Chris. Have you seen Sisters? It'll be a perfect addition to the Zombie Underground. I can't wait to see what else comes up for November.Dennis Cozzaliohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01954848938471883431noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8795280.post-1160771598398679972006-10-13T13:33:00.000-07:002006-10-13T13:33:00.000-07:00actually, I think Zombie is only hosting the Ed Wo...actually, I think Zombie is only hosting the Ed Wood, Russ Meyer and George Romero double features, but it's an amazing lineup regardless. I'm going to have to set the DVR for The Old Dark House tonight-- there's no possible way I'll make it that far (and I've got a little matter of Robert Aldrich to attend to anyway). Fortunately, the night I'm most excited about is next Friday-- but then, even after watching all these great films, I'll still have to stay up late for The Crazies, which I've never seen. This is all too much for a boy who grew up with a rooftop antenna, only two channels, and still nothing on.Dennis Cozzaliohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01954848938471883431noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8795280.post-1160769140878776202006-10-13T12:52:00.000-07:002006-10-13T12:52:00.000-07:00It's both a blessing a curse that I don't have cab...It's both a blessing a curse that I don't have cable TV.
