I would love to see the entirely sub .500 division and with the Padres facing the Cardinals next week it is a real possibility.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8795280.post-1122189390292299052005-07-24T00:16:00.000-07:002005-07-24T00:16:00.000-07:00I remain pretty optmistic that they may have gotte...I remain pretty optmistic that they may have gotten their heads together at last, even with the loss to Pedro and the Mets today. Hang that one on Gio Carrara. To hold onto a 1-0 lead and win just after a 10-2 romp, and then win 6-5 and lose today 7-5, hey, at least they're not letting the thin margins get to 'em, and they're scoring the runs. I can't wait for Milton to start tearing it up. Sad sack division or not, it's theirs for the winning, or losing, and this year it may go down to the wire just like last year. This is why I love baseball-- it can be agonizing and exhilarating and despairing and hopeful all within the span of 24 hours, or sometimes even within a game! Go, Dodgers!Dennis Cozzaliohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01954848938471883431noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8795280.post-1122149184426464982005-07-23T13:06:00.000-07:002005-07-23T13:06:00.000-07:00How about those Dodgers Dennis? If get within 4 I say we make a run for it since the team will be largely healthy by playoff time.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
